Low Density Polyethylene Sheathing Material (LLDPE)
1. Model: SHPE01-NH-01(03,04) (anti-rodent and anti-termite type), LLDPE
Low density polyethylene sheath material is made of high molecular weight polyethylene resin with environmental stress crack resistance as base material, adding carbon black and special additives and other auxiliaries, and is processed by precise mixing and granulation with special formula.
LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) is a thermoplastic polymer made from the monomer ethylene. It is commonly used in the production of packaging materials, plastic films, and flexible tubing. LLDPE granules refers to small, pellet-shaped pieces of LLDPE that are used as raw material in the production of various plastic products.

4. Extrusion process
If the product has a long storage period, it must be dried before use, and it is recommended to use blast drying. The drying temperature is 70-80 ℃, and the drying time is at least 2 hours. It can be extruded with a L/D25 single-screw extruder. It is advisable to enter the extruder. It is recommended to add one or two layers of 40 mesh filters to the machine head. Take the の 150 extruder as an example to set the temperature for reference:

According to the outer diameter of the sheath and the specific conditions of the extruder, make appropriate adjustments. Before the cable enters the cooling tank, try to avoid splashing water droplets on the surface of the jacket to avoid dents.
5. Packaging, Shipping and Storage
Packing: The net weight of each bag is 25kg or 800kg, the inner layer is sealed with polyethylene inner film bag or aluminum-plastic composite bag, and the outer packaging is packed in kraft paper bag.
Transportation and storage: The cable material should not be exposed to sunlight and rain during transportation. It should be stored in a clean, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse.
