1. Q: I want to order a sample to check the quality

A: We welcome you to order samples to check our quality and actual manufacturing value. Usually, in our factory, it takes 7 days to get the sample bikes ready, after receipt of your full sample payment  

2. Q: What's your minimum order?

A: Usually, our MOQ request 10pcs each style each color. 

3. Q: What's the delivery time?

A: It usually takes about 15-25 working days for bulk order

But the exact delivery time might be different for different orders or at different time. Once we confirmed all detail of order, we'll put all source into it. 

4. Q: Can I mix different models in one container?

A: Yes, different models can be mixed in one container.

5. Q: What's your payment terms

A: We usually payment terms is 30% deposit by T/T, the balance by T/T before shipping, and other payment can also be negotiated.
