This facial tissue box packing machine is used for packing single-grain cartooning machines and adopts a servo drive and PLC control system. The storage carton platform automatically takes out the carton to the conveying mechanism, opens the carton and forms it, and then sends it to the box supporting mechanism; Then the mold pushes the product into the carton and the automatic glue sprayer seals the carton and sends it out of the packaging machine.

The paper is pushed into the box, and now the servo paper pushing is used so that the paper pushing speed and length can be adjusted, and the requirements for paper towels are reduced. It can be perfectly applicable to the paper

2. The improvement of the material handling conveyor belt is now driven by a synchronous belt, which has the advantages of less sound, convenient operation and replacement, and lower maintenance cost.
3. The paper pressing screw of the conveyor belt is changed into a cylinder, which makes the adjustment more convenient, fast, and stable, and there will be no upper and lower looseness.
4. The conveyor belt screw changes the guide rail to increase stability and make its movement more smooth.
5. The length adjusting screw is replaced by a needle roller screw so that the adjustment is more accurate and there is no gap shaking.
