Product Description
Composite geomembrane (composite impermeable membrane) divides into one cloth and one membrane and two cloth and one membrane, with a width of 4-6m and a weight of 200-1500g/m2, high physical and mechanical property indexes such as tensile, tear-resistance and top breaking, etc. The products have high strength, better extension performance, large deformation modulus, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and good impermeability performance.
It is a geotechnical impermeable material made of plastic film (HDPE film, LLDPE film, EVA film, PVC film, etc.) as an impermeable base material, compounded with non-woven fabric.
Product Characteristics
Smaller specific gravity, high strength, corrosion resistance, low temperature resistance, frost crack resistance, good puncture resistance. Large coefficient of friction, good stability with the protective layer.

LLDPE Geomembrane Cautions
(1) Use shall be buried: cover thickness should not be less than 30cm.
(2) The refurbishment anti-seepage system should compose of: bedding layers, impermeable layers, transition and protection layers.
(3) The soil should be solid to avoid uneven sinkage and cracks, and the turf and roots within the impermeable range should remove. Laying sand or clay with small particle size as protective layer on the contact surface with membrane.
(4) When laying the geomembrane, do not pull too tightly, both ends buried in the soil part into corrugated better, especially when anchored with rigid materials, should leave a certain amount of expansion.

(5) During construction, avoid stones and heavy objects from hitting the geomembrane directly, and it is better to lay the membrane and cover the protective layer when construction.
