The louver condenser is to tightly embed, expand or spot weld the coil on the heat dissipation steel plate of the louvered air hole. The coil is usually made of red copper (pure copper) pipe or Bondi pipe, and the heat dissipation steel plate is made of ordinary carbon steel plate.

 

The refrigerator condenser is one of the components of the complex refrigeration system inside the refrigerator, but the essence of its components belongs to the heat exchanger. When the refrigerator condenser operates, it can convert the gas or steam in the refrigerator into liquid, and then the heat of the tube in the refrigerator will be transferred to the air through the whole tube. So strictly speaking, the working process of refrigerator condenser is actually a process of heat dissipation. When the refrigerator is running, it will inevitably encounter heat, so the refrigerator condenser is absolutely indispensable.

 

1. Function of refrigerator condenser

The refrigerator condenser is one of the heat exchangers in the refrigeration system. Its function is to distribute the heat of high-pressure and high-temperature refrigerant gas sent by the compressor to the external space of the refrigerator. Refrigerant liquid is liquefied after heat dissipation and cooling, and becomes high-pressure and normal temperature refrigerant liquid.

 

2. Form of refrigerator condenser

It can be divided into natural convection cooling and forced convection cooling according to the way of heat dissipation. Natural convection cooling is to use the surrounding air to naturally flow through the surface of the condenser, so that the heat of the condenser can be dissipated. Forced convection cooling is to use the electric fan to force the air to flow through the surface of the condenser to dissipate heat. Refrigerators above 300L generally use forced convection condensers, and refrigerators below 300L generally use natural convection condensers.

 

3. Condenser structure according to shape

It can be divided into flat type, shutter type, steel wire coil type, fin coil type and built-in type. Among them, the flat type, shutter type, steel wire coil type and built-in condenser belong to natural convection type condenser; Finned coil condenser belongs to forced convection condenser.
