The saw blade hardened by flame heating and surface hardening can obtain high hardness and wear resistance, thereby improving the mechanical properties of the saw blade. Due to the high heating rate of flame hardening, the austenite grains are not easy to grow and coarsen in a short time, so the hardening temperature is much higher than that of ordinary hardening. To obtain a shallow hardened layer, a faster hardening speed can be used, and the upper limit of the heating temperature is taken instead of the lower limit. The hardness and hardening depth of flame hardening depend on the gas mixture ratio and heating time. This equipment adopts automatic program to realize the function of automatic ignition and automatic start and stop according to the hardening progress.
Working principle
The saw blade can get a high hardness and wear resistance through the flame heating surface hardening, thereby improving the mechanical properties of the saw blade. The hardness and hardening depth of the flame quenching depends on the gas mixing ratio and the heating time.
Working process
The liquid oxygen and propane are converted into gas and conveyed to flame generator by means of a vaporizer. The flame generator is mounted on a movable rail and adjusts the position of the flame generator according to the thickness and diameter of the saw blade. After positioning, start the main shaft drive to rotate the saw blade, and then ignition, open the cooling water, adjust the flame by adjusting the inlet gas proportion of the flame generator, observe the saw tooth heating depth, open quenching cooling water after arriving requirements.
