Overview

Grizzly Feeders have been designed for heavy duty operation and are also suitable for mining applications.

The material load on the feeder is moved along by two parallel counter-rotating shafts geared together.

The linear motion of the vibrating assembly is easily adjustable between 30 and 55 degrees.

Besides, the grizzly section has adjustable tapered openings in both dimensions preventing clogging or packing. Robust steel coil springs are mounted outboard on the discharge end to ensure the feeder’s stability and facilitate a bypass chute for the undersized material passing through the grizzly section.

3.Working Principle:

1. Vibrating feeder consists of vibrating frame, spring, vibrator, motor vibrating device and motor.
2. The vibrator is made of two fixed eccentric shafts whose gears are jogged. When installation, the two gears must be jogged according to the sign.
3. Through drive of the motor, the two eccentric shafts start rotating to produce a linear huge power which forces the feeder to vibrate.
4. Through the vibration, the materials will slip and sling on the funnel, moving forward, when the materials pass the screening part, smaller parts will fall down, and avoiding the further crushing, so screening purpose can be reached.
