Stainless steel is one of the most popular aesthetic surface materials. With stainless steel, finish is everything. A single scratch can destroy the value of your product, the problem is that your stainless steel faces many potential hazards throughout the manufacturing, shipping and installation process. Any step along the way can damage the surface, and the cost of repairing or replacing the product can significantly reduce your profit margins. Goodfim provides a stainless steel protective film, any damage or soiling will only affect the protective film, which can then be easily peeled off and disposed of. Your product remains perfectly clean and untouched.
Protective film prevents the stainless steel surface from being scratched
Whether polished, sanded, sandblasted or sanded, whether rough, 3D or high-gloss bright annealed (BA) finish: The bond strength of Good Film stainless steel protection films is always matched to the surface structure. It thus reliably protects the finished surface from scratches and damage during subsequent processing. These special deep-drawn membranes for stainless steel sheets can even withstand severe deformations. Good Film's newest laser protection films can be used with CO2 and fiber lasers and enable higher laser cutting speeds.
Stainless steel protective film improves production efficiency
At the same time, Good Film stainless steel protective film helps to increase productivity: printed arrows and stripes help to quickly identify the polishing direction, and the protective film with "easy peel" feature can be removed faster, thus speeding up the process and increasing productivity.
Protective film made of polyethylene - more environmentally friendly
Good Film Stainless steel protective film is made of polyethylene (PE), a material that is less expensive than traditional materials, but also much more environmentally friendly than PVC. They reduce the amount of oil and lubricants required in the production process, which reduces costs and increases profitability, while also helping the environment.
The product range includes transparent, translucent, white and black and white protective films, ranging in thickness from 25µm to 120µm. Special gel-free films are also available for decorative applications where optimal visual appearance is critical.
Adhesive Type – This is the product identification number for the adhesive
Tack - Measured in ounces per lateral inch, this defines the level of "tack" for a particular adhesive. Because there are so many variables at play, the tack level of most adhesives will be expressed as a range of values rather than a single, specific measurement.
Material - This identifies the product substrate itself (plastic/paper type).
