Chelating Resin Arsenic selective resin

 HAL LAN ™ Q407 Chelating Resin Arsenic selective resin can selectively adsorb arsenic from drinking water, thus ensuring that the arsenic content of drinking water meets drinking water standards (no more than 10mg/l).

Q407 Chelating Resin Arsenic selective resin reference conditions for use and regeneration are as follows:

1. When used, the two columns are connected in series (the height of the resin in each column should be no less than 800mm), and the running velocity is 10-30m/h. Since arsenic levels in water are generally very low (tens of mg/l is common), each cycle is usually 3, 6 months or longer.

2. When the effluent arsenic content exceeds 10mg/l, the first column will be regenerated. Here's how:

3. Backwash: flow rate 10-15m/h, and control backwash expansion rate 75-100%, about 10-20 minutes until the water is clear and free of impurities;

4. Make the resin settle naturally, and then adjust the water level in the column to 20-30cm above the resin layer;

5. 2-3BV 8-10%NaCl was injected, which took about 1 hour;

6. Wash the resin with clean water, which takes about 1 hour, using 2-3BV water;

7. It takes about 1 hour to inject 3-4%NaOH of 2-3BV;

8. Continue to wash the resin with clean water at the same velocity until the pH of the effluent is close to neutral or similar to the influent;

9. Take the original second column as the first column, and the above regenerated original first column as the second column. After the two columns are connected, they can be run.
