Product Description

  HAL LAN ™ D101 macroporous adsorption resin is a styrene type non-polar copolymer, which is suitable for a wide spectrum. For organic compounds without polarity, generally strong adsorption capacity, especially for saponins separation, purification effect is particularly good, also suitable for flavonoids.

It is mainly used in the extraction and refining of ginsenosides, panax notoginseng saponins, Hypericum diflorum,  ginkgo flavones, tea polyphenols, soybean isoflavones, puerarin, glycyrrhizic acid,  chlorophyll and other natural medicines.

Macroporous Adsorption Resin D101 application example:

1. Separation and purification of pueraria flavonoids:
Pueraria radix extract solution with 51.2% total flavonoids content was adsorbed by D101 resin and eluted by 70% ethanol to obtain 90% pure pueraria flavonoids.

 

2.Adsorption separation of saponins;

Jujube saponins: The adsorption capacity of jujube saponins by D101 resin is 22.4 mg/g, and the content of saponins in the solid obtained is up to 28% after washing with 30% ethanol and elution with 70% ethanol.
Monkfruit saponins: D101 and AB-8 have high adsorption capacity of monkfruit saponins, the adsorption capacity of dry resin is more than 450 mg/g, the desorption rate is more than 95%.
Anthraquinones: Hypericin was adsorbed by D101 resin column in ethanol extract of Hypericin piericosa, and eluted by ethanol with different concentrations. Hypericin mainly existed in 60% and 80% ethanol eluent, the desorption rate of 80% ethanol eluent was 81.3%, and the total hypericin content was 2.13%.

3.Extraction of chlorogenic acid:

a. Chlorogenic acid was extracted from flos lonicerae with ethanol, the concentration of filtrate was 0.25g/ml, the flow rate was 1~3ml/min, and the mass fraction of chlorogenic acid was 65.12%, and the extraction rate was 85%.

b. Chlorogenic acid was extracted from sunflower meal by aqueous ethanol. After concentration and dealcoholization, acid precipitation, extraction and concentration by ethyl acetate, chlorogenic acid was obtained.

4.Extraction of alkaloids from Rhizoma corydalis:

The biological alkali water extract of Rhizoma corydalis was adsorbed by D101 resin, washed with water and 40% ethanol, and eluted with 95% ethanol. The eluting peak of D101 resin was shorter.
