Yongda® FGD Slurry Pump

Yongda® FGD Slurry Pump is a single-stage single-suction horizontal centrifugal pump, which is mainly used as a circulating pump for an absorption tower in a wet FGD device. Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD) Slurry Pumps have the advantages of wide flow range, high efficiency and energy saving. The wet parts are designed with the CFD Fluid Simulating Analysis Technology to ensure its high-efficiency operation. All over-current parts are made of hard alloy materials, so the desulfurization pump has the performance of wear resistance and corrosion resistance. This series of pumps is equipped with a compact X-shaped bracket, which can greatly save space. FGD pump is optimal pump type for transporting cement, gypsum slurry, limestone slurry or other abrasive and corrosive medium in coal-fired power plants.

Features of FGD Slurry Pump

1. The pump flow parts adopt advanced CFD flow simulation analysis technology, which makes the design reliable and the operation efficiency high.

2. Adjusting the bearing assembly can change the position of the impeller in the pump cavity, so that the pump is always in a high-efficiency operation state.

3. The pump is a rear dismantling structure, which is simple in structure and convenient for maintenance, and there is no need to disassemble the water inlet and outlet pipes of the pump.

4. The pump end adopts imported tapered roller bearings, the driving end adopts two-disk cylindrical roller bearings, and the bearings are lubricated with thin oil, which improves the working conditions of the bearings and greatly increases the service life of the bearings.

5. The mechanical seal adopts the cartridge type mechanical seal specially used for the desulfurization process, and the operation is reliable.
