Lining rubber process piping is using steel tube as its framework material, in its both ends are supported by flanges for easy connection.

Performance: High elasticity, high air tightness, shock resistance, abrasive resistance, weather fastness, radiation resistance, chemical resistance and shock absorption, etc. It is vulcanization molded by special process.

Character: The product has characters such as high wear resistance, resistant to water hammer impact, acid, alkali and salt resistance, high temperature resistance, not easy to scale, high bonding strength, low running resistance, broad conveying medium, long service life, save electricity and materials, and so on. Can also help to reduce impact abrasion to the tube wall made by transmission medium.

The product can be long-term used within the temperature from -10°C to 80°C.

Applications:

It is used in many different industry areas, such as metallurgy, power system, chemistry, petroleum, coal industry, cement industry, and so on.

Scope Application:

1. The tubes are used for transporting some acid base salt liquid such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hypochlorous, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, salt solution, ferric trichloride, etc, that has corrosive effect to all kinds of metallic conduit.

2. All kinds of dilute phase solid particle that have corrosive effect to metallic conduit, such as tailings slurry, delivery pipe for gypsum slurry.

3. Liquid pipelines for syrup, refined brine, pure water, and so on, those who have higher cleanliness requirements to pipes.
