In the production process of ethylene propylene diene monomer, its characteristics can be adjusted by changing the quantity of three monomers, ethylene propylene ratio, molecular weight and its distribution, and sulfurization method.
It has heat resistance, and weather resistance due to its main chain being composed of chemically stable saturated hydrocarbons and has good chemical resistance, electrical insulation performance, impact elasticity, and low-temperature performance.
