Equipment Description
1. Equipment principle &features:
A-VSX-2300S series Vacuum sintering furnace is specially adapted to silicone carbide pressureless sintering(SSIC)
automatic production equipment.. Sintering chamber design was optimized by using constant temperature field, it has a vacuum sintering - such as reaction sintering process in the furnace a function .
Due to the high temperature, the heating elements,connectors adopt isostatic pressing formed graphite,the heating chamber have to design to square type.
Due to the 2300\u2103 high temperature, the size of heating elements need to adopt fix size:
400x400x1100mm, 500x500x1100mm, 600x600x1100mm;
400x400x1200mm, 500x500x1200mm, 600x600x1200mm etc.
According to the chamber size of effective heating zone, a graphite box is designed and placed in the heating chamber for the sintering process.
2. According to the purpose and process of different, it can adapt to a variety of atmosphere in the furnace, and the process simple, furnace pressure, vacuum degree and accurate control of atmosphere are effectively.
